About
WRSE NextGen represents a new form of hybrid meeting where live surgery will be central. Only, the key-opinion leaders who classically are operating themselves, will get the opportunity to pass their wisdom from the Green key studio to the operating theatre, where a selection of the finest, proficient and young surgeons will be in the operating console. After being trained in the lab to level of proficiency, they now aim to grow towards wisdom in the operating theatre. By applying the validated, binary metrics, which are the cornerstone of the Proficiency Based Progression (PBP) methodology, senior expert surgeons will coach the young surgeons to optimal outcomes for the patients.
With NEXTGEN, SurgQuest brings this PBP methodology in clinical practice.
